Brad Leach
Brad is a certified CPA and is the owner of an accounting firm in Morgan Hill, Ca. He is also a licensed real estate broker and the owner of a property management agency. He presently serves on several other boards of directors and is an active community volunteer. Brad’s connection to Alphonse Pauchon is a personal one going back many years as his tax accountant and trusted friend.

Edward Taylor
Edward has more than 25 years in the software industry, most which was spent with IBM’s Santa Teresa Lab (now called Silicon Valley Lab). While with IBM Edward was responsible for developing and delivering such diverse software products as a (first of its kind) SGML Document formatter for the publishing industry, and an architecture (and products) for the definition and implementation of Information Warehouses. Since IBM, Edward as held Director level responsibilities with such companies as Legato Systems, Verity Software and Google. Edward holds a BS degree in Business Administration and a MS degree in Computer Information Systems.
